Back recline and leg raise

Power lumbar

Adjustable lower back support that fills in and eases the lumbar curve through a long day.

Adjustable headrest

Legrest extension

Our Cheltenham showroom is warm, calm and genuinely homely, more like a comfortable living room than a clinical setting. Settle in with a coffee or tea, take all the time you need, and try the Raphael X5 properly with no clock running and no pressure to decide. Cannot get to us? We bring the chair into your living room instead, anywhere across Melbourne.

We quote per person and per funding, so you only pay for the right chair and the size and options you need. Tell us who it is for and how it is funded, and we will prepare a clear quote, including any NDIS or Support at Home paperwork. No fixed price, no pressure.

Five separate motors move the backrest, legrest, lumbar, headrest and tilt independently, so you can fine tune the exact position rather than moving everything together like a single motor chair. It is the most adjustable option in the range.

Tilt in space tilts the seat and back as one while keeping your hip and knee angles the same. It shifts pressure off the seat and can raise the legs above the heart to ease swelling, which matters for anyone spending most of the day seated.

Size is set mainly by your height, then your build. The Raphael X5 comes in Petite, Small, Medium, Large and Maxi, each with a 25mm seat depth range, so we fit the chair to you in person or in your home rather than to an average.

Yes. We deliver across Melbourne, set the chair up in the room, and show you how it works. We can also remove and dispose of an old chair if you need.
