For participants with equipment in their plan. Lower-cost items are simpler, while mid and high-cost assistive technology usually needs a quote and an occupational therapist or therapist report. We quote alongside the assessment so it moves smoothly.

Support at Home

The aged care program that replaced Home Care Packages for new participants, with assistive technology and home modification support. We are registered and prepare quotes and documentation to suit your provider's process.

Home Care Packages & private

For existing Home Care Package recipients, and for anyone buying privately. We provide the same clear quotes and honest product advice, with free trials so you can be sure before you commit.

Is Mobility Co. registered for NDIS and Support at Home?

Yes. Mobility Co. is registered for both NDIS and Support at Home, and we also supply through Home Care Packages and privately. We prepare compliant quotes and product documentation for your provider or assessment.

How quickly can I get a quote?

Usually within 24 hours. Send us the product or your client’s needs and we will prepare a clear, compliant quote ready to attach to an assessment or funding request.

What do you need to prepare a funding quote?

The product or a description of the need, the funding pathway if known, and the client’s suburb for delivery. For NDIS assistive technology in the mid or high-cost range, an occupational therapist or therapist report is usually also required, and we can quote alongside that.

Can an occupational therapist trial equipment before recommending it?

Yes. We offer free in-home and showroom trials on key products so the therapist and client can confirm the fit before a recommendation or quote is finalised.
