About us

Mobility, handled properly.

Mobility Co. was created to offer a calmer, more human way to support people in their homes. We take the time to understand how someone lives, moves and uses their space, so the solution feels right, not imposed.

“Mobility support isn’t about products. It’s about understanding what someone is going through. For some people, we might be the only person they sit down and talk with that week, and that responsibility matters to us. We take real pride in helping people achieve outcomes that improve their everyday life, while making what can feel like a daunting experience as positive and stress free as possible.”

Why Mobility Co. exists

Mobility Co. was founded to make mobility support simpler, more human, and easier to navigate.
After seven years working in the mobility industry, Daylan saw the same situation play out again and again. People were being asked to make important decisions about mobility equipment at moments they never planned for. Ageing, injury, or changing physical or cognitive circumstances meant everyday tasks were suddenly harder, but most people had no idea where to start.
No one is window shopping for a walker or a mobility scooter. These products become necessary during times of change, often when families are already feeling overwhelmed.
We exist to help bridge that gap, making it easier for everyday Australians to understand their options and take confident, practical steps forward.

Designed for real homes, real lives

In the community, we regularly saw adult children noticing their parents slowing down. Getting in and out of bed became difficult. Standing from the couch took more effort. Balance felt less certain. The challenge was not just physical, it was emotional too.
People often did not know what products existed, which options were appropriate, or how to choose something that would genuinely help without turning their home into something that felt clinical or hospital-like.
We believe assistive products and furniture should support daily life while still fitting naturally into a real home. Thoughtfully designed. Comfortable. Respectful. Everyone deserves the opportunity to live with comfort and move with confidence.
Looking for a parent or loved one and not sure where to start? Our where to start guide walks you through it gently.

A people-first approach

Most mobility companies focus on orders. We focus on people. That means listening first, not selling first. We take the time to understand how someone lives, moves and uses their space, so the solution feels right, not imposed. If a product is not suitable, we will say so. If someone can achieve a better outcome elsewhere, we are happy to point them in the right direction.
Sometimes support looks like recommending the right chair or bed. Sometimes it looks like rearranging furniture, reaching something on a high shelf, or helping someone research options. And sometimes, it simply looks like taking the time to listen.
For many people, especially older Australians, a visit might be one of the few meaningful conversations they have that week. Sitting down, listening to their story, and treating them with patience and respect can go a long way. Those conversations matter, and both sides often gain more than expected from them.

What families say

★★★★★
“Mobility Co supported my family with finding the right chair for my elderly grandad who is now in a retirement home. They provided us with amazing customer service and a great quality product, thank you.”

Jaymee H, Dromana

★★★★★
“We visited the showroom while preparing for my parents to move from the UK. We needed an adjustable bed, lift recliner and shower commode ready for their arrival. The team explained the options and helped us choose products that suited my dad, especially as he is quite tall. Being able to try everything made it much easier, and they organised delivery and installation on short notice.”

Paul, Mount Martha
